1988:
NBC for Contracting Establishment was founded. Initially, it is organized mainly for the purpose of supporting large scale organizations by supplying materials & heavy equipment.

2000:
NBC has become  the main sub contractor for major Oilfield Operators in GCC, as Saudi Aramco and Saudi Arabian Saipem.

2008:
NBC entered in direct contracting with SAUDI ARAMCO Downstream projects – Civil & Mechanical And Electrical.

2016:
NBC expands its business diversification to Oil & Gas Upstream, Tubular Inspection and  Chemicals, under the prospective of Localization in Saudi Arabia.

2016-2017:

• Oil & Gas Well Drilling and Survey 
• Well Optimization and Services
• Downhole Tools and Services

2017-2015:

• Certified with ISO 9001:2008 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007
• Received the highest Turnover project from SAIPEM & L&T
• Opened Painting/Coating Division & Crane Division

2010-2012:
Entered into DIRECT Saudi Aramco Mechanical/Electrical Mid-form Contract Project

2008-2010:
Entered into DIRECT Saudi Aramco Civil Mid-Form & Long-Term Contract Project
